Calorie Counting?

I’ve been calorie counting for almost three years now - I’ve always been organized and the things I do are always neatly arranged somehow, but I’m honestly over it. Are there any of you out there that went from calorie counting for a long time to not calorie counting at all? How did it go?

  8. runningfearless answered: I was obsessed with counting calories, but I slowly just started enjoying what I was eating without counting, really.
