Question of the Day: Rules

We all have certain things we had to do to get our butts on track. Some of us stop eating after a certain time at night, others eliminate certain types of food from our diets. What restrictions or rules have you places on yourself that has been successful to your goals?

  4. streetofhaight answered: Usually if I have one unhealthy meal such as FiveGuys(a burger restaurant) i’ll be sure to balance it out with a healthier next few meals:)
  5. myhappyhouse answered: Yes, not after a certain time. Eat regularly and getting full! Natural sweets(fruit, berries) instead of snacks(candy, chips icecream etc..).
  6. vettums answered: I’m a sugar junkie. Hence, desserts are for Saturdays and special occasions. :)
  7. forever-healthy answered: Don’t eat any candy or sweets except a little bit on saturdays. Eat smaller portions. I haven’t made the biggest changes, but it works. :)
